What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer weekend and holiday services by appointment.

Do you provide food for the pets?

We can provide high-quality pet food, but due to small animal digestive systems we reccommend that you bring your pet's preferred food for their stay.

We also provide fresh Veggies twice a day.

How do you handle emergencies?

In case of emergencies, we will contact your vet in the first instance if details have been provided, alternatively we will contact our vet (or out of hours vet) and you will be notified straight away.

Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities.
